Urso Yarn co is a small hand dyed yarn business, operating in Otterburn Park, Quebec, since 2017. After studying animation in Cegep du Vieux Montreal, and fashion illustration at FIT in New York, I freelanced for 10 years. My illustrations have adorned children books, school manuals, magazines, fabrics, blogs and websites.

Knitting having been a big part of my life since childhood, it was only logical to give hand dying a try. It was instant love, soon after, Urso Yarn co was born. I know share my time between dying yarn and drawing, with some knitwear design thrown in there. My passion is marrying these creative mediums into an inspiring and poetic body of work.
