print making of.

I am also taking (for extra credit again) a PRINTMAKING class. i am pretty much extremely exited about this class. and my expectations in therms of results are portfolio high. (this will probably mean that ill end up crying, covered in ink over industrial print machines, with shitty result, and also bleeding all over with curving tool cuts.)
but still. i had to prepare for our first linoleum cut tonight. i decided to divide my 12'x12' block in little stamps of people i love. if it turns out to look half as good as i think, ill frame it and put it somewhere to be less home sick in my room.
so this is the whole process. (i am so exited that i am going to document the whole whole thing in details, for prosperity)
from the first sketch, to doing my thing in markers, cs2, and then i though inverting the values might help figuring out what to curv or leave. since even starting to think over what is black is white, what isnt curved is what?? hurts my brain..
lets hope it goes smoothly when i actually get down to it.

:)
