just action figures to understand the fashion proportions and poses. this model is really beautiful so it made the class a bit better and it easier to get in an inspiring mood...

ok, first weeks of school arent easy. lots of very very old style teachers, (and plain old also...)
they want it their way or nothing at all and it makes me very sad....as me, little illustrator trying to stylise as mucho as possible all the time, and keeping my shit personal..
but this week i changed my attitude and decided to actually have fun and find a way to enjoy the action of drawing again.
lots of nodding and approving gestures of the head to critisisms,,,,but in my head i know i want it my way. and i take what i can, and leave what i cant take....

soo there goes some «men's wear»ish poses from rizzo's class. very sears's catalogue, i tryied to funk it up by adding a retro touch...shouldnt all men be a bit more retro??

A cute little sketch that (yippppeee) made it to personal project for my editorial portfolio. I recently was asked to garnish it with more recent stuff and noticed i had nothing recent AT ALL.
So i'm taking the last days of winterbreak (and the first couple of off days also) to do some perso cool things i would never do.
cause time is such a rare thing, right?

and i'm totalluy aware that the finished version wont be as cool as this....shame. I just CANT work on that *real*thumbnail size sketch. but i keep on trying to sketch bigger.

Petit projet perso d'aquarelles de noel pour travailler mon style mode. C'est pour des cadeaux a mes amis. j'espère que ils ne sont pas fans de mon blog ou devart, pcq ça va gacher la surprise...
bien sur j'Ai d'Autres amis qui seraient magnifiques en anges de noel (notamment geneviève, tu fesais partie du prototype...., aussi samantha, albert, émilie bragg...) mais bon, les contrats de trucs moches m'attendent, et ceux moins moches aussi, alors j'ai un peu coupé court sur le projet. mais j'espère que vous me pardonnez, j'vous tricotterai des goodies au lieu...xxxxxxx

Première peinture sérieuse de TOUS LES TEMPS.....disont que on a calqué les détails en place, a partir d'une photo, et que tous les dégradés se sont fait en couches de glaises, matte medium si vous voulez...bref, des heures et des heures de plaisir pour apprendre a peindre. j"Ai bien hate d'avoir assez de temps pour mettre ça en pratique avec des sujets et trucs que j'aime plus, n'empêche que ça s'appliquera peut être pas facilement.....le but de cette peinture c'était photo-realistic..je pense pas être au niveau de réalisme que le Sal voulait, mais quand même c'est beaucoup plus photo que je suis habituée...
